In order to apply for a conference visa to travel to India for attending SAT 2024, you need (i) an invitation letter from SAT 2024, and (ii) a clearance letter from the Ministry of External Affairs. In some cases, you may optionally also need a letter from the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Government of India. Please find the clearance letters from the respective ministries below.

Please do not worry about the dates mentioned in the subject line of the letters. The Ministry has been informed about the actual dates of the conference, and the same has been approved. The Ministry has clarified that the current letters suffice for obtaining conference visa for SAT-2024.
• Letter from Ministry of Home Affairs that may optionally be used if the visa application process mandates this. SAT-2024 does not require special clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs, as per this letter.
