Pune City
Pune is the second largest city after Mumbai (erstwhile Bombay) in the state of Maharashtra in western India. It is well-known for its salubrious climate, rich culture, a vibrant theatre and classical music scene, and its automotive and information technology industries. Being on the leeward side of the Sahyadri Mountain range, it also offers excellent site-seeing and trekking opportunities for visiting ancient Buddhist caves to rugged mountain forts. Conference Venue
The proposed venue of SAT-2024 is Sahyadri Park, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) facility located in the IT hub of Hinjewadi, Pune. Spread over 48 acres of land with a built-up complex of 3.1 million sq. ft., Sahyadri Park is one of the largest software delivery facilities in TCS. Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Sahyadri ranges on three sides, this campus is a scenic and well-equipped setting for hosting SAT-2024. The campus has shared conference rooms, breakout areas, training rooms and a 500-seater multi-purpose auditorium. Apart from this, the campus also has a fleet of ambulances kept ready for ad-hoc and emergency needs.

Getting there
Pune has good connectivity to major locations around the world. There are international flights to Pune (code: PNQ), usually with a hop at Delhi. One can also fly from most parts of the world to the Mumbai International Airport (code:BOM) and drive to Pune in about 3 hours. Pune is well-connected to all Indian cities via regular domestic flights, trains and state transport buses. From Pune airport, railway station or the bus stand, one can book a cab using

Uber Cabs. Prepaid taxis are available at Pune airport. From Mumbai international airport, Ola Outstation, Uber Outstation, or
Meru cab services are available. Within the Mumbai airport building, just after immigration and before exiting the airport gate, several private cab agencies are available for (prepaid) travel to Pune.
