Important Points to Note
- Registration costs, in Indian Rupees (INR), are inclusive of payment gateway charges and GST (Goods and Services Tax), as mandated by Government of India. The payments page shows the GST breakup. Due to rounding and tax rates, the final amount can differ by at most INR 15.00.
- Developed Country is “High Income” country as defined in the World Bank Classification 2022 (see: https://datatopics.worldbank.org/world-development-indicators/the-world-by-income-and-region.html). All other countries are considered Developing. The "developing/developed country" distinction is to encourage participation from developing countries. The location of the university/organization that is the primary affiliation of the registrant should be used to determine if Developed or Developing Country rates apply.
- Registration fee includes lunch, tea/coffee and snacks on all days of the event(s) registered for. Additionally, for main conference registrants, it includes a ticket to the conference banquet.
- For every paper, at least one author is required to register for the conference.
- The payment gateway supports Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Rupay, Amex cards. Discover cards issued outside India are not supported. Payment via SBI Netbanking is not supported.
